Kirkland Counsels Thoma Bravo on Sale of LANDESK to Clearlake Capital

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm, on its decision to sell LANDESK Software, a global leader in endpoint security and systems lifecycle and IT service management, to Clearlake Capital. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This exit culminates a six-year partnership between LANDESK Software and Thoma Bravo, during which Thoma Bravo's support helped LANDESK Software successfully expand its reach and solidify its leadership position in IT systems management.
