Kirkland & Ellis advised Vitruvian Partners, a leading European private equity firm, which recently closed its third fund, VIP III. The fund was closed at its hard cap with aggregate capital commitments of €2.4 billion. The fund will be among the largest pools of capital in Europe supporting higher growth companies.
