Kirkland Advises Vitruvian Partners on Closing of €2.4 Billion Third Fund

Kirkland & Ellis advised Vitruvian Partners, a leading European private equity firm, which recently closed its third fund, VIP III. The fund was closed at its hard cap with aggregate capital commitments of €2.4 billion. The fund will be among the largest pools of capital in Europe supporting higher growth companies. It was significantly oversubscribed with funds contributed from more than 100 leading institutions globally. More information is available here.
