Kirkland Advises KKR Special Situations on Gruppo Argenta Acquisition

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is advising KKR Special Situations and its portfolio company Selecta, on the pending acquisition of Gruppo Argenta, a leading vending and coffee service provider in Italy.
