Kirkland Represents Blackstone on Investment in Cloverleaf Cold Storage

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised private equity funds affiliated with Blackstone Group (NYSE:BX), one of the world’s leading investment firms, on its majority investment in Cloverleaf Cold Storage, a leading cold storage warehousing and food logistics company.
