Kirkland Counsels Clearlake Capital on Acquisition of Perforce Software from Summit Partners

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. on its acquisition of Perforce Software from Summit Partners.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Perforce is a leading provider of enterprise scale software solutions to technology developers and development operations (DevOps) teams requiring productivity, visibility and scale during all phases of the development lifecycle. Clearlake will leverage its O.P.S.® approach to support the Perforce team in continuing to provide best-in-class DevOps solutions  to its global customer base. The full release is available here.
