Kirkland Represents New Mountain Capital and ACA Compliance on Sale to Starr Investment Holdings

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised New Mountain Capital, LLC, a growth-oriented investment firm that currently manages more than $20 billion in assets, and its portfolio company, ACA Compliance Group Holdings, LLC, the leading provider of risk management and technology solutions to the financial services industry in the U.S. and Europe, on the sale of ACA to Starr Investment Holdings, LLC, a New York-based investment adviser.
