Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Funds advised by Apax Partners, the global private equity advisory firm, and GlobalLogic Inc. a leader in digital product engineering services, on the sale of the Apax Funds’ ownership stake in GlobalLogic to Partners Group, the global private markets investment manager. The transaction values GlobalLogic at over two billion U.S. dollars.
