Kirkland Represents Madison Dearborn Partners in Acquisition of Alcami Corporation

Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners in its acquisition of Alcami Corporation, a leading provider of fully-integrated custom end-to-end solutions for the pharmaceutical and biotechnical industries. Madison Dearborn will acquire a majority ownership position in Alcami from existing shareholder Ares Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: ARCC). Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
