Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Valor Equity Partners, a leading growth-focused private equity investment firm with offices in Chicago, New York City, and San Francisco, on the final closing of Valor Equity Partners IV, a $1.05 billion fund. Fund IV was substantially oversubscribed requiring an increase in the hard cap set forth at the launch of the fundraising process.
