Kirkland Represents GoodRx in Recapitalization

Kirkland & Ellis advised GoodRx, the leading source for prescription and healthcare savings at pharmacies across the United States, in connection with a recapitalization which included a significant equity investment from leading technology investment firm Silver Lake Partners.
