Kirkland Represents FTV Capital on Growth Equity Investment in Strata

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised FTV Capital, a growth equity investment firm, on its significant growth equity investment in Strata Fund Solutions (Strata), a leading fund service administrator for venture capital, private equity and other alternative asset managers and allocators.
