Kirkland Counsels Lenders on Financing for Bayonne

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised the lenders, led by Credit Agricole and Investec Bank, on the financing of the 644MW Bayonne Energy Center gas-fired power project in New Jersey.  Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners acquired the Bayonne power project from Macquarie Infrastructure Corp in October 2018. The $500 million, seven-year mini-perm was three-times oversubscribed and reverse flexed.
