Kirkland Represents Industrial Growth Partners on Acquisition of Electric Power Systems

Kirkland & Ellis represented Industrial Growth Partners, a San Francisco-based specialist private investment partnership, on its acquisition of Electric Power Systems International, Inc. (EPS). EPS is a leading provider of outsourced electrical engineering, testing, repair and maintenance services. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
