Kirkland Represents Sun Capital Partners in Acquisition of VantaCore Partners LLC

Kirkland & Ellis represented leading private investment firm Sun Capital Partners, in partnership with StonePoint Materials LLC, in a definitive agreement to acquire VantaCore Partners LLC. VantaCore is a leading producer of crushed stone, sand and gravel for infrastructure, energy, commercial, residential and other markets. The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
