Kirkland Advises FlexPoint Ford in NCR’s Acquisition of JetPay

Kirkland & Ellis counseled private equity investment firm Flexpoint Ford, LLC, a major stockholder in JetPay Corp. (NASDAQ: JTPY), in NCR Corp.’s (NYSE: NCR) acquisition of JetPay. FlexPoint Ford agreed to tender its shares in support of the transaction. JetPay is a provider of end-to-end payment processing and human capital management solutions. The merger’s completion was announced on Dec. 6.
