Kirkland Advises Lenders on $369M Financing for Red Oak

Kirkland & Ellis counsels the lenders, led by Investec, Nomura, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China and China Merchants Bank, on the financing for Red Oak Power LLC, a gas-fired power project in the EMAAC Zone of the PJM power market. The sponsor is Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners and the financing size is $369 million, which consists of the $334 million term loan and $35 million revolver.
