Kirkland Represents Abry Partners on Strategic Investment in U.S. Legal Support

Kirkland & Ellis represented Abry Partners, a leading Boston-based private equity firm, in its strategic investment in U.S. Legal Support, Inc., the leading provider of litigation support services, including court reporting, record retrieval, interpreting & translations, trial services and transcription services. Abry’s investment provides resources to support the company’s vision for growth, product innovation, expanded capabilities and strategic acquisition efforts, and further cements U.S. Legal Support’s position as the leader in the litigation services space. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.
