Kirkland Represents Funds Advised by Apax Partners on Investment in Fractal Analytics

Kirkland & Ellis is representing funds advised by Apax Partners, a global private equity firm, on its pending $200 million investment in Fractal Analytics, a global provider of AI to Fortune 500 companies. Founded in 2000, Fractal Analytics is a strategic analytics partner to Fortune 500 companies globally and helps companies power every human decision in the enterprise by bringing analytics and AI to the decision-making process. The transaction, which consists of a secondary stake acquired from existing shareholders and a primary investment into the business, is expected to close by February 2019.
