Private Equity Lawyer Adrian Maguire to Join London Office of Kirkland & Ellis

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP announced today that leading private equity attorney Adrian Maguire will join the Firm’s London office as a corporate partner. Mr. Maguire advises private equity clients on all transactions throughout the full lifecycle of their investments, from acquisition to exit.

He has extensive experience handling complex transactions, as well as commercial business judgment and leadership experience, and will further strengthen our European private equity platform. Mr. Maguire is ranked in Band 1 in Chambers UK for Private Equity: Buyouts, where he is described as a “leading light in the private equity space” and “the subject of praise from across the market.” He is also named as a Leading Individual in The Legal 500: UK for Private Equity: Transactions.

Mr. Maguire joins Kirkland from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, where he was a partner.
