Kirkland Counsels Salt Creek Midstream on 50/50 JV with Noble Midstream

Kirkland & Ellis advised Salt Creek Midstream, LLC on its 50/50 joint venture with Noble Midstream Partners LP (NYSE: NBLX).  The joint venture, Delaware Crossing LLC, closed on Feb. 7, 2019. Delaware Crossing will provide crude oil gathering and transportation services and include a 95-mile pipeline in the southern Delaware Basin originating in Pecos County, Texas, with additional connections in Reeves County and Winkler County, Texas.
