Kirkland Represents Abry Partners on Recapitalization of Anju Software

Kirkland & Ellis advised Abry Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, on the completion of a recapitalization with Anju Software Inc., a Phoenix-based provider of software and data services to the life science industry. Abry's investment will provide capital for continued product enhancement and global expansion and position Anju for market leadership in the life sciences software industry.
