Kirkland & Ellis advised Landmark Partners, a leading investor in the real estate, private equity and real asset secondary market, on its minority investment in Siris Capital Group, LLC, a leading tech-oriented private equity investment firm. Landmark invested alongside Wafra, Inc. The financial terms of the transaction are not publicly disclosed.
