Kirkland Advises Kindley Re on $250 Million of Equity Capital Commitments
Kirkland & Ellis advised Kindley Re on securing $250 million of equity capital commitments from a group of leading institutional investors. Kindley Re is a Bermuda-based Class E life and annuity reinsurance platform formed by Davidson Kempner in partnership with Kuvare Holdings. The capital commitments will further strengthen the platform’s ability to expand its reinsurance franchise and pursue new growth opportunities alongside Kuvare.
