Bryan is a corporate partner in Kirkland's New York office with extensive experience representing private investment fund sponsors in all aspects of their operations, which includes developing, forming and marketing a wide range of investment products and providing ongoing advice regarding complex transactional and regulatory matters. He also has significant experience in the establishment of new investment firms and the restructuring of existing firms through M&A transactions.
