Kirkland Advises Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in $150 Million Investment in MOD Super Fast Pizza

Kirkland & Ellis represented global private equity firm Clayton, Dubilier & Rice in its $150 million investment in MOD Super Fast Pizza Holdings, LLC, an operator and franchisor of fast casual restaurants. The investment will help accelerate the company’s continued expansion in the United States and internationally.
