Kirkland Advises Goldman Sachs on Acquisition of B&B Hotels
Kirkland & Ellis is advising Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division on its acquisition of the B&B Hotels chain from PAI Partners. B&B Hotels, founded in 1990, has more than 479 hotels in markets including Europe, Brazil and Morocco.
The transaction, led by transactional partner Vincent Ponsonnaille and associate Emmanuel Enrici, is the latest deal executed by Kirkland’s newly opened Paris office. The Kirkland team also included transactional partners Rebecca Villarreal and Celyn Evans and associates Syed Murshed, Giles Clifford and Jessica Liang; regulatory partners Lisa Cawley and Romin Dabir; and tax partners Jonathan Kandel and Oded Schein.
