Kirkland Advises Reverence Capital Partners in Acquisition of Advisor Group, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Reverence Capital Partners, a private investment firm focused on investing in financial services businesses, in the acquisition of leading independent wealth management platform Advisor Group, Inc. Advisor Group supports more than 7,000 financial advisors with $268 billion of client assets. Terms of the transaction were undisclosed.
