Kirkland Represents RLDatix, Backed by TA Associates and Five Arrows, on Acquisition of iContracts

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised RLDatix, a leading provider of solutions that drive patient safety, quality improvement, and harm reduction in healthcare, which is backed by TA Associates and Five Arrows Principal Investments/Five Arrows Capital Partners, on its definitive agreement to acquire iContracts. iContracts provides cloud-based solutions for managing contracts, policies, and the revenue cycle that are faster, easier and less expensive to implement. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
