Kirkland Represents Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe on Acquisition of Green Street Advisors from Golden Gate Capital

Kirkland & Ellis advised Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, a leading U.S. private equity firm, on its agreement with Golden Gate Capital to acquire Green Street Advisors, the premier provider of research, data and analytics to the commercial real estate industry in North America and Europe. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
