Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised Home Franchise Concepts Parent, LLC (HFC), a portfolio company of Trilantic North America, on its sale to JM Family Enterprises, Inc. HFC is one of the world’s largest franchising systems in the home improvement goods and services space, among the world’s largest franchise businesses and a recognized leader in franchisee-franchisor relationships. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
