Kirkland Represents Oaktree in Acquisition of Minority Stake in Singular

Kirkland & Ellis advised Oaktree Capital Management, L.P. in its acquisition of a 20% strategic stake in Chilean-based asset management firm and placement agent Singular. This is Oaktree’s first corporate acquisition in Latin America.
