Kirkland & Ellis represented private equity firm Oaktree Capital Management in its equity investment in WHP Global, a new brand management platform. Oaktree has made an aggregate $200 million capital commitment to WHP. WHP’s first acquisition was global fashion brand Anne Klein. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
