Kirkland Advises Silver Oak in closing of Silver Oak Services Partners Fund IV, L.P.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Silver Oak Services Partners (“Silver Oak”) in the closing of Silver Oak Services Partners Fund IV, L.P., with $500 million of total capital commitments. Silver Oak is a private equity firm that makes control investments in targeted sectors of the business, healthcare and consumer services industries.
