Kirkland Advises Vista on BC Partners’ Investment in Advanced

Kirkland & Ellis advised Vista Equity Partners, a leading investment firm focused on enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses, on BC Partners’ investment in Advanced. The funds from BC Partners will support Advanced’s rapid growth aspirations to become the No. 1 provider of business software solutions in the UK, while expanding its global footprint. Vista acquired Advanced in 2015 and will continue as an investor, partnering with BC Partners and the Advanced team to accelerate adoption of the company’s cloud-based ERP, vertical market and application modernization software solutions. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
