Kirkland Represents Fox Corporation on Acquisition of Credible Labs Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Fox Corporation (Nasdaq: FOXA, FOX) on its agreement to acquire 67% of the equity in Credible Labs Inc. (ASX: CRD), a leading consumer finance marketplace in the U.S., for approximately $265 million. Credible Labs Inc. delivers a differentiated and personalized experience that enables consumers to compare instant, accurate pre-qualified rates from multiple financial institutions across student loans, personal loans and mortgages, helping consumers save money and make better financial decisions. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.
