Robert M. Keane, Jr., Joins Los Angeles Office of Kirkland & Ellis

Kirkland & Ellis is pleased to announce that Robert M. Keane, Jr., has joined the Firm’s downtown Los Angeles office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.

Mr. Keane concentrates his practice primarily on the representation of private equity firms, opportunity funds, domestic and international companies, investment banks, commercial banks, non-regulated lenders and pension funds in real estate-related equity investments, joint venture formations, lending, acquisitions and dispositions, and debt restructuring, workouts and reorganizations.

Mr. Keane joins Kirkland from the Los Angeles office of Paul Hastings, where he was vice chair of the firm’s real estate practice.
