Kirkland Represents Greenbriar on Acquisition of Arotech for $80.4 Million
Kirkland & Ellis advised an affiliate of Greenbriar Equity Group, L.P. on its definitive agreement to acquire Arotech Corporation (NasdaqGM: ARTX) for an aggregate equity value of approximately $80.4 million. Arotech is a defense and security company engaged in interactive simulation and mobile power systems. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2020.
