Kirkland Advises Buildium, LLC in its Acquisition by RealPage, Inc.

Kirkland & Ellis advised Buildium, LLC, a leading SaaS real estate property management solution provider, in its acquisition by RealPage, Inc. (NASDAQ:RP). RealPage provides a technology platform that enables real estate owners and managers to change how people experience and use rental space. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
