Overview

Jack is a partner in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group based in New York. Jack has a breadth of experience in merger control, investigations by antitrust and competition regulators, litigation and compliance counselling.

The primary focus of Jack’s practice is on advising on substantive transactional and merger review processes before the Federal Trade Commission, U.S. Department of Justice, state attorneys general and before competition law enforcement agencies in other jurisdictions.

Jack has successfully represented clients across a variety of industries through many contentious and intensive investigations — specifically merger clearance matters — and in litigation. In addition, Jack frequently represents clients in navigating agency investigations and litigation as a third party.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Jack practiced competition law in Sydney, Australia.
