Kirkland Advises TA Associates-Backed Rocscience on Acquisition by Hexagon

Kirkland & Ellis represents TA Associates-backed Rocscience, a leading provider of geotechnical and engineering analysis software, on a definitive agreement to be acquired by Hexagon AB, a global leader in measurement technologies. Rocscience will become part of the Radar & Monitoring Division within Hexagon’s Infrastructure & Geospatial Business Area. Closing is subject to customary conditions and is expected in the fourth quarter of 2026.
