Kirkland Counsels SPL on its Acquisition of the Lab & Measurement Business of Banded Iron U.S.

Kirkland & Ellis represented Southern Petroleum Laboratories, Inc. (SPL), a portfolio company of Industrial Growth Partners, on its purchase of the laboratory and measurement services business of Banded Iron U.S. Inc. The business provides laboratory services and field operation and management solutions to oil and gas producers.
