Kirkland Represents Funds Advised by Apax Partners on Acquisition of Coalfire

Kirkland & Ellis counseled Funds advised by Apax Partners on the acquisition of Coalfire, a provider of cybersecurity advisory and assessment services, from The Carlyle Group (NASDAQ: CG) and The Chertoff Group. The transaction is expected to be completed in early 2020, subject to regulatory approval. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
