Kirkland Represents Warburg Pincus on Investment in Arise Virtual Solutions

Kirkland & Ellis advised an affiliate of Warburg Pincus, a global private equity firm focused on growth investing, on its acquisition together with Vivtera, a global business process management ("BPM") and transformation partner, of Arise Virtual Solutions, a leading provider of business process services, from Strait Lane Capital Partners. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
