Kirkland Advises Blackstone in Acquisition of Battery-Storage Developer NRStor

Kirkland & Ellis advised Blackstone Energy Partners in connection with its acquisition of NRStor C&I LP, a developer of battery storage solutions, from alternative investment manager Fengate Asset Management and venture-capital firm Lake Bridge Capital II Inc. for an undisclosed amount. NRStor has more than 200 megawatt hours of operational, in-construction and contracted projects in the growing battery-storage market.
