Daniel Cadis is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Daniel’s practice concentrates on complex business transactions for both public and private companies, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, joint ventures, reverse listings through special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), recapitalizations, executive compensation and equity incentive arrangements, and related general corporate counseling. Daniel has worked on transactions in a variety of industries, including renewables and clean energy, infrastructure, conventional energy and oilfield services, technology and manufacturing.
