Kirkland Advises Blackstone Energy Transition Partners-Backed Aypa Power on Sale to Brookfield
Kirkland & Ellis represented Blackstone Energy Transition Partners-backed Aypa Power, the largest standalone battery storage developer in North America, on an agreement to be acquired by Brookfield for approximately $7 billion enterprise value at closing, or an equity value of $3 billion. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
