Kirkland Advises Francisco Partners and QGenda on Strategic Growth Investment from ICONIQ

Kirkland & Ellis advised Francisco Partners and its portfolio company, QGenda, LLC, a leading innovator of provider scheduling, clinical capacity management, and labor analytics, on QGenda's strategic growth investment from ICONIQ Capital, a privately-held investment firm. With the investment, ICONIQ will partner with Francisco Partners, who will retain a majority stake in QGenda. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
