Kirkland Represents Zebra Technologies on Acquisition of Reflexis Systems

Kirkland advised Zebra Technologies Corporation (NASDAQ: ZBRA), an innovator at the front line of business with solutions and partners that deliver a performance edge, on its acquisition of Reflexis Systems, Inc., a privately-held, leading provider of intelligent workforce management, execution, and communication solutions for organizations in the retail, food service, hospitality and banking industries, for a purchase price of $575 million. Zebra will leverage the acquisition to further accelerate its leading position providing innovative solutions to retailers and complementing its current software offerings. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the fourth quarter of 2020.
