Kirkland Advises Ares Management on Investment in Peach Property Group AG

Kirkland & Ellis is advising Ares Management on its investment of CHF 200 million into Peach Property Group AG, a property investor and developer focused on investments in Germany and publicly listed in Switzerland. 

The investment, which was undertaken via a subordinated mandatory convertible bond, will result in Ares becoming the largest single shareholder of Peach Property Group AG with an interest of approximately 30 percent. This investment provided by Ares will finance the acquisition by Peach of two recently announced portfolios in Germany.
