Kirkland Advises Vista Equity Partners on Infoblox’s Investment From Warburg Pincus

Kirkland counseled Vista Equity Partners on its portfolio company Infoblox Inc.’s investment from Warburg Pincus. Infoblox is a leader in Secure Cloud-Managed Network Services. Vista acquired Infoblox in 2016 and will continue as an investor, with Warburg Pincus and Vista acting as equal partners.
